Knopka

Hello, my name is Knopka! I honestly don't remember how I ended up in that place. All of a sudden I was sitting all alone in front of the gate of a courtyard. Everything around me was strange, and I was very scared. At some point I heard people's voices. They sounded so friendly that I dared to come out and asked them: "Have you seen my mama, by any chance?" Suddenly everything happened very fast. The people picked me up, put me into a sort of box with a door and carried me into the house. At first I felt quite uneasy, but soon I realised that they only meant well. I got my own litter box, delicious food and a cosy, soft blanket. Later they introduced me to the other cats living there, and apparently they hoped I would make friends with them. That was no problem at all for me: I love romping around with kittens my age, and I think the older cats are great too. Someone is always up for a game or a wild chase. But most of all I love my humans. I sleep close by their side, follow them wherever they go and now and then give them a little nose kiss. I am quite sure that my gut feeling guided me right back then, when I put my trust in the nice people with the friendly voices. I live in a foster home on Cyprus. My new home should offer me a life indoors or with a well-secured outdoor area, because unsecured outdoor access is out of the question for me. I definitely don't want to be alone: since I get along great with other cats, I would love at least one playful feline friend by my side.
