Crossy urgently needs a home where she can be the only cat: sharing a roof with 16 other cats is completely overwhelming for her. You don't have to work hard to win Crossy's affection. As soon as you sit down, she's already keeping you company. She absolutely loves being stroked, seeks out the closeness of her people and already has experience with children. For this gentle cuddle cat we're looking for people who have lots of time and love sharing their everyday life with her. Crossy was rescued at four weeks old and then grew up as the only cat in a family. On 12 October 2026 she swallowed a long piece of wool thread and needed emergency surgery. The operation went well, and the wound has now almost healed. But just ten days later her family gave her back because of the costs. Now Crossy needs a new home she can rely on. At the moment she lives with a foster mum who looks after 16 other cats, and she simply can't cope with that. She is well cared for there, but so many cats are just too much for her. Especially now, after the surgery and after losing her familiar people, she needs peace and a sense of safety. That's why we're so urgently looking for a place where she can live alone, because her current accommodation is not right for her in the long run. She hasn't known other cats before, and she is to live as an indoor-only cat. Because her tear duct is damaged, her eye waters. There is also a change in her right eye, and for a long time she has been making unusual sounds, especially when she's tense. Both still need to be examined more closely. Crossy is a little bundle of cuddles who truly enjoys closeness. We wish her people who return her love and also take care of her health.
